Lash Install Policies
Cancellations policy
*We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance. To avoid a cancellation fee. If there is no cancellation/reschedule call made, you will be charged 100% of the appointment type.
Late Policy
*Please give a courtesy call if you are going to be late to your appointment. We understand things happen beyond our control which may cause you to be late arriving. There is a 10 minute grace period on all appointments. If you do not meet your appointment during your 10 minute grace period. A $10 late fee will be applied to your service.
No Call No Show Policy
*A No Show will be billed for the full (100%) amount of the appointment. No further appointments will be made after your 2nd No Call No Show.

Announcements
We are happy to announce our doors will reopen on May 1st. With new hours of operations. Open Monday-Saturday and closed on Sunday. Due to COVID, we are asking all clients to sanitize hands before the start of your service. We also request clients to wear a face mask and or please reschedule your appointment if you are in any way feeling ill or have been ill within a week of your appointment. To ensure we are keeping our salon safe as we reopen our doors. We are only scheduling 2 clients per day. As always, we will continue to follow State Board safety guidelines.

Touch-Up Appointment
It is considered a touch-up if you have 50% no less than 30% of eyelash extensions remaining on each eye. If the client has less than 30% of eyelash extensions left on each eye and an observation has been made by the Lash Stylist, the client's appointment will be considered a New Set. Touch-Ups are recommended every 2-3 weeks. If it has been more than 21 days for your new set, without a touch-up in between, please schedule a new set when booking. Please note we recommend 3 touch-ups per new set to keep the client's natural lashes healthy.
